Fitness and Nutrition

I encourage each of my clients to explore and discover the fitness and nutrition options that work best for them.

I’m a big fan of Beachbody because they have a broad line of quality products appropriate for all fitness levels like 10-Minute Trainer, Insanity, FOCUS T25 or P90X. In fact, I like them so much that I became an Independent Team Beachbody Coach.

You can use the Team Beachbody website to get fitness and nutrition information, track your workouts and participate in a virtual SuperGym. They offer a free account and I can be your coach there too! Having me as your coach in Team Beachbody also gets you access to an exclusive support group I run on Facebook.

Research has shown that people that eat breakfast are more likely to reach and maintain a comfortable weight. If you skip breakfast or tend to eat a cruddy fast-food meal, then you can replace it with something good for you for the same cost as that egg sandwich thing and the sugary coffee drink. (Chocolate is my favorite!)

Beachbody workout programs and Shakeology work well for me. They allow me to stay in decent shape for a guy my age and they’re really affordable too.
