What sets me apart from other coaches? I’ve travelled the road many of you are navigating now.

I’ve been in leadership roles in tech companies for two decades. I’ve been stressed out, worn down and not sure what to do next. Now, I lead a mindful lifestyle fueled by heart-focused leadership, commitment and authenticity. I have loads of energy, a youthful mindset and I love to joke and laugh. I’ve been happily married for three decades. I thrive on seeing others succeed and flourish. While I firmly believe you can change your life by changing your thoughts, my coaching offers less fluff and more progress.

I am a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach (CTACC) and a HeartMath Certified Coach.

I’m a “2” on the Enneagram; The Helper. I love helping clients reach their highest potential.

I’ve taken a number of Myers-Briggs assessments and I’m consistently rated as an ENFJ. I’m a teacher and mentor and I thrive on seeing others succeed. I derive energy from interacting with others.

My VIA (Values in Action) results show my strengths to include fairness, humor, kindness, leadership and honesty. I ensure the entire team is part of solutions and I use humor to diffuse tense situations.

My DiSC interpersonal style is Expressive (Id.) This is readily apparent in my enthusiastic interest in others and my abilities to quickly establish lasting relationships and motivate others to achieve.

From CoreClarity’s assessment, my five strengths are input, harmony, adaptability, includer and relator. I’m at my best when I have to switch between tasks and balance multiple projects. As a leader, I ensure that everyone on the team feels valued and is part of our attaining greater goals.
