Road Trip! The destination for this week is “Silence.” Learn to be calm, quiet and centered when life gets crazy.
Ponder your attitude towards silence. How would you feel if you had to remain silent for an hour, a day or a week?
During conversations, remain silent when others talk and really listen to what is being said.
This week, find 20 minutes each day when you can give up all urgency and enjoy silence.
